For over 35 years, we’ve been known as one of Florida’s most recognizable names in personal injury, wrongful death, auto accidents, insurance bad faith, complex commercial litigation, as well as marital and family law.
In 1986, Robert D. Critton Jr. joined the firm as a partner, bringing his expertise in personal injury, wrongful death and complex commercial litigation. Although Mr. Critton passed away in December 2020 he will continue to be a beloved part of our firm’s history. He was on the “A List” of attorneys for complex commercial litigation, which placed us in the top 1% of all South Florida law firms.
Almost a decade later, the law firm added partner, Mark T. Luttier. He added a new practice area to the firm in marital and family law; areas in which he enjoys considerable prominence. Mr. Luttier has an impeccable reputation as one of the finest attorneys practicing domestic law in South Florida.
Gregory W. Coleman joined the firm in 1995. After only five years as an associate attorney, he became a named partner in 2000. Mr. Coleman is actively involved in the legal industry, having served as president of The Florida Bar, The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyer Division and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. He is currently the Vice-Chair of The Judicial Qualifications Commission.
In 2013, Santo DiGangi joined the firm with a focus on complex commercial litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, complex probate and trust litigation, and legal malpractice. In 2020, Mr. DiGangi became a partner of the firm. He is actively involved in the legal industry, having served as president of both The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division and Kiwanis Club of West Palm Beach.
J. Chris Bristow also joined the firm in 2013 with a focus on personal injury, wrongful death, insurance litigation, legal malpractice, business litigation, and complex commercial litigation. In 2020, Mr. Bristow became a partner of the firm.
