Attorney Santo DiGangi joined the law firm of Critton, Luttier & Coleman in September 2013 and focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, complex probate and trust litigation, and legal malpractice. DiGangi is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been consistently selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2017.
Prior to joining the firm, DiGangi served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office where he was responsible for the prosecution of felony criminal cases. During his service, DiGangi tried over 24 jury trials, over 100 bench trials, and served as the Assistant Chief of County Court. DiGangi previously worked as a Trial Court Law Clerk with the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida in West Palm Beach.
DiGangi is a Past President of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division which encompasses all 27,000 young lawyers around the State of Florida. He is also extensively involved with the Palm Beach County Bar Association and helps serve the West Palm Beach community as a Past President of the Kiwanis Club of West Palm Beach and through his work with SunFest and other local charitable organizations. In 2020, DiGangi was recognized by the University of Florida Alumni Association as a 40 Gators Under 40 Honoree.
Born in Queens, New York, DiGangi moved to West Palm Beach at age nine and graduated from the Dreyfoos School of the Arts. DiGangi earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and Criminology, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida. He currently resides in North Palm Beach with his wife and their three young sons.
